Who handles your data

Ricardo Acuy, Company ID 08912343, with a place of business at Dukelských Hrdinů 564/34, 170 00 Prague 7, contact ricardo.acuy@beplan.cz. As a tied agent I act within the network of BEplan finanční plánování s.r.o., Company ID 05779944, which may be a joint controller for part of the processing connected with the arrangement of financial products.

What data and why

If you fill in the contact form or write to me, I process the identification and contact details you provide, together with the information you give about your situation, for the purpose of replying and preparing a proposal. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. If a contract is subsequently arranged, further processing is governed by the rules of the relevant institution and by legal obligations, including those under anti money laundering legislation.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of two years from the last communication. Where a contract is arranged, data is kept for the period required by law, which for financial intermediation is generally ten years.

Who else sees it

Only those who need to: BEplan finanční plánování s.r.o., the financial institution relevant to your enquiry, and providers of the technical services used to run this site and my mailbox. Data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Traffic statistics, if enabled, are collected in an aggregated and cookieless form. The Google map in the contact section loads only after you click it, so no content is requested from Google before that. Links to Calendly, LinkedIn and Instagram lead to third party services with their own rules.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to ricardo.acuy@beplan.cz.
